Stam Law Firm is a small law firm with big firm weight. Carl Holleman started our law firm in 1950. We’ve been in Apex ever since.
In 1976, our senior partner, Paul “Skip” Stam, joined Carl Holleman’s practice. While working at our firm, Skip represented Apex in the North Carolina General Assembly, serving as Speaker Pro Tempore.
Our firm is committed to serving Apex residents and businesses in all stages of life. We offer commercial and residential real estate closings, business organization, and estate planning. Our attorneys will also assist you with civil litigation or appeals.
